Botox® Jeuveau & Dysport
SUMMARY
Botox®, Jeuveau and Dysport are three neuromodulators that work to reverse the visible signs of aging by relaxing the muscles beneath the skins surface.
Botox®, Jeuveau and Dysport are three of the four FDA injectables that can effectively treat the formation of wrinkles and deeper lines. Wrinkles form over time as a result of repeated muscle contractions or rather facial expressions over the years.
After Botox®, Jeuveau or Dysport, you would be surprised how the areas of injection smooth out your skin and give you a younger looking appearance.

RESULTS

Clients typically experience results for up to three months following the procedure. We suggest repeating treatments approximately four times a year to maintain the results.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Post procedure instructions? We advise every patient who receives a neuromodulator treatment to abstain from exercising for 24 hours. Be careful not to lay down or apply pressure to your face.
What is the treatment like? Treatments are quick and minimally invasive. Discomfort is also minimal. No anesthesia is required, although very sensitive clients may opt to numb the area with a cold pack or numbing cream prior to injection. There is no down time.
Will I be able to make facial expressions? Yes. Of course you are looking for visible results, but neuromodulators will not radically change your facial appearance or make you look as if you’ve “had work done.” The muscle activity that causes, for example, frown lines between the brows are temporarily blocked. After the treatment you can still frown and look surprised, just without the wrinkles and lines creasing.
How many units of Botox® will I need? The number of units needed per area can vary depending upon the desired outcome and degree of lines/wrinkles being treated. On average, the forehead for example, may need 10-20 units. The best way to determine how many units are needed is to set up a face to face consultation.
